Aria is a Senior Consultant at UPD and primarily works on projects related to change management and antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI) assessments and planning. She uses her stakeholder engagement, analysis, design, and project management skills to support clients’ service to their communities. Recent projects include equity assessments for state workforce
development technology initiatives and Vancouver Public Schools; research and design of a school-centered housing model with Baltimore’s Department of Housing and Community Development and Baltimore City Schools; and continuous improvement projects for Tulsa Public Schools and the United Negro College Fund.
Prior to joining UPD, Aria worked as the Director of Research and Public Policy at Momentum Nonprofit Partners (Memphis, TN) and in operations at Center City Public Charter Schools (Washington, DC).
Aria holds a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
